What makes your flat iron different?

Our titanium flat iron is designed for fast, even heat distribution and long-lasting results. Titanium plates glide smoothly through the hair, helping reduce snagging and allowing for faster styling. It works well for a variety of hair types and is especially effective for achieving sleek, straight styles with shine and minimal frizz.

 

What temperature does the flat iron reach?

Our flat iron is designed with adjustable heat settings so you can choose the right temperature for your hair type. Lower settings are ideal for fine or fragile hair, while higher settings work best for thick or coarse textures.

 

Is the flat iron safe for all hair types?

Yes. However, we always recommend using a heat protectant before styling to help maintain healthy hair and reduce heat damage.

 

Shipping & Processing

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the mail carrier. While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume.

 

What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. In many cases, packages are marked delivered slightly before arrival.

 

Do you replace lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, you can also reach out to our support team, and we’ll help guide you through the process.
