Order & Shipping Policy
We take pride in delivering only the highest quality products, carefully hand-selected and made to order for each client. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our policies regarding processing, shipping, and refunds.
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-4 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility.
Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
Silk Junkie does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Carrier operational delays
- Weather events or natural disruptions
- Route adjustments or high-volume periods
Silk Junkie isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS.
Silk Junkie is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Silk Junkie you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
Lost or Delivered Packages
- If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- We encourage customers to check:
- With neighbors or building management
- Around your property
- With the local post office
Refunds
- All orders are final. Exchanges are allowed for defective items, must be unused and in original condition, and initiated within 3 days of reception. Please contact us immediately to ensure timely processing.
- Refunds do not apply to carrier delays once the order has shipped.
